About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the NexUZ website ("the site"), run by the NexUZ team ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

NexUZ shares research and information about social media, attention and technology. It also includes simple games, tests and a toolkit of exercises. All of this is for general education and awareness only. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and the games are not a diagnosis. If you are worried about your health or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional.

Using the site

Please use the site in a lawful and respectful way. Don't try to break into it, overload it, damage it, or interfere with how it works for other people. Don't use automated tools to copy large parts of it.

Studies, films and other people's work

The Research Library contains our own short summaries, written in our own words, of studies by other authors. The studies themselves, as well as films, videos, images and other third-party material, belong to their owners. Our summaries are a quick guide only and can contain mistakes or leave out details, so please read the original study before relying on it. Links lead to the owners' pages, which we don't control. If you own something we have used and want it changed or removed, write to us and we will act on it.

The site links to other websites, such as YouTube and journal pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
